Pennypost (Seattle, WA)
Freelance Researcher and UX Designer (August, 2016 –
September, 2016)
• Worked with a team to conduct usability testing in
preparation for Pennypost’s mobile app launch.
• Suggested design changes, some of which have already been
implemented, based on our findings.
• Delivered a usability findings report, test plans, and usability
test scripts.
• Consolidated highlights from usability test video recordings.

User Experience Design Immersive (June, 2016 – September,
2016)
• 50 to 60 hours a week spent on lectures and various projects.
Each project
ranged in length from 1 to 3 week sprints.
• Learned user-centered design principles and software in a
