Your job description
Your profile
 Effectively manage incoming requests via
standard channels (phone, email, chat)
 Native speaking in one of languages mentioned
above - Dutch
 Identify customer's needs to achieve satisfaction
 Passionate about high level customer service
 Pro-actively reach customers and make call-out
activities to increase the sales
 Experiences in a strongly service oriented industry
(e.g. call center, hotel)
 Resolves service incidents by clarifying the
customer's complaint; determining the cause of
the incident; selecting and explaining the best
solution to solve the problem; expediting
correction or adjustment; following up to ensure
resolution
 Self-motivated and highly dedicated approach for
work, Understanding of the value of the
customers, Excellent communication skills (written
and verbal), Ability to communicate effectively in
English
 Meet the Customer Happiness team's customer
satisfaction goals Management, Take the extra
mile to engage the customers, Follow
communication guides and processes
 Excellent organizational and communication skills
and the ability to multitask and prioritize workload,
Team player, Basic IT skills (MS Office), Interest
in technology and/or cloud business is a plus,
Experience of technical writing is a plus
