As the head football coach, I will constantly work to maximize your son’s potential in football and to
instill in him the qualities that will help him lead a responsible and productive life as a man. Football
is the ultimate TEAM game, and the decisions that I will make as your son’s head coach will always
be made to help the Norwin Knight Football Program progress towards the goal of improving each
and every day. In the event that a concern arises that has to be addressed by the parent and the

As a parent, no one has a bigger role to play or a better opportunity to
affect positive behavior from your son than you do! I am very excited
about the 2015 Norwin Knight Football season, and I am anxious to see
what the future holds in store for the NORWIN KNIGHTS! Thank you.

who gets the credit.”
