Chip-2-Chip Race Timing will provide the following for up to 300 registrants:
Registration:
 DISPOSABLE BIBS/CHIPS for all participants
 Data entry for all mail-in/walk-in entrants.
 List event information on website at www.chip2chipracetiming.com with a
link to your online registration page
Timing:







Provide large number digital time clock display
Finish line arch
Provide DISPOSABLE timing chips and bib numbers for up to 300 runners.
Immediate Race Day tabulation of award winners and overall results
Starting Horn
Electronic copy of results for your use (Excel File)
Supervision and training of volunteers
 Results posted on website at www.chip2chipracetiming.com
Race Requirements:




Volunteers will hand out DISPOSABLE BIBS ONLY race day
Registration forms, pens and tables
Safety Pins (4 per bib) for Adhering Bibs to Participant’s Chest
Electronic excel spreadsheet to be sent 2 days before start of event (Chip-2Chip will provide Template), if needed
 Race Director to provide Age Groups and Overall award categories.
 In addition, if the event grows larger than the parties originally expected,
Chip-2-Chip Race Timing will be paid $3.00 for every registrant over 300.
Reusable Chip Timing Fee:
Box of Pins: 1,440 (10 gross) Add: $12.00

Payment Schedule:
1. A 50% deposit of $600 has been paid; the balance of $600 is due on race
day..
2. Any additional fees for additional registrants will be billed following completion
of the event and due within 10 days.
