*Please note: League Fees must be paid by one check or one credit card per team. Cash payments must be
submitted as one lump sum in person to the WJCC Administrative Office during business hours. WJCC will not
process split payments.

REGISTRATION
GENERAL INFORMATION
Drop-off, mail, FAX or email registration & payment.
Registration is first come first served. NO PAY, NO
PLAY!
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Thursday, April 10th
Teams will be emailed to confirm placement in league.
Limited space available! Don’t delay!
1. Managers Meeting: Thursday, April 17th, 7PM
2. All games are 40 minutes long. Two (20) minute
running halves.
3. Teams must be a minimum of 8 players.
4. Games times are:
Tuesdays (only 4/29 & 6/10): 8PM, 9PM
Thursdays: 6PM, 7PM, 8PM, 9PM
Sundays: 8AM, 9AM
5. There are 10 games per season, plus single
elimination play-offs for 1st thru 8th place teams.
6. All teams must have all players in proper uniform.
All jerseys must be the same color and must have
permanent numbers on the front and back. All
teams must have reversible jerseys. Please see

RECREATIONAL LEAGUE
Westside JCC’s Adult Basketball League is a
Recreational League for players who love to play;
limited/no ability to play above the rim. No more than
1 player with college experience per team. No more
than one player capable of consistently scoring 25
points per game, and have average defensive abilities
per team.
VENUE
All games are played at Westside Jewish Community
Center in the Sherman Gymnasium.

*Please note: WJCC parking is limited. Make sure to
allow extra time to find parking on game days.
FREE AGENTS
WJCC will maintain a list of individuals interested in
playing in the adult league. If you are would like to be
included on this list, please complete the Free Agent
form found on www.westsidejcc.org. Any teams
interested in acquiring free agents should contact
[email protected]

to facilitate ordering your team’s uniforms.
LEAGUE FEES

WJCC Member* Team ($500)
*Member rate available if at least five individuals on your team
are members of WJCC in good standing

Non-Member Team ($550)
League fees DO NOT include the $35 per game, per
team referee fees. Referee fees are to be paid by
check before the start of each game.
REFUNDS & RESCHEDULING
WJCC must have a minimum number of teams to run
the league, or the league will be cancelled. In the
event of league cancellation, teams will receive full
refund of league fees. Teams that withdraw on or
after the Registration Deadline are not eligible for any
refund. Teams that withdraw before the registration
deadline will be given a full refund of league fees.
WJCC may reschedule games at its discretion. No
refunds will be given for schedule changes.
