Cost:
$150 per player and coach
Includes lodging and meals for 3 days and 2 nights (ThursdayDinner through Saturday- Breakfast)
FCA Team Camp T-shirt, Bible, Lanyard, and coach’s notebook.
Deadline:
Intent Form Due by Friday, March 31, 2017
Deposits:
1st Deposit: $200 per Team...Due by March 31, with intent form.
DEPOSIT NON-REFUNDABLE - you can however, get a team to
take your place and they can reimburse your school.
Balance Due:
Balance is due IN FULL on or before the first day of camp.
Note:
 Intent form and $200 deposit reserves a spot for your team

Team slots will be filled in order of receipt of intent form and deposit

When we are full, additional teams can be placed on a waiting list.

After slots have been filled, directions, confirmation letters and waiting list letters
will be sent

May 19th, final numbers are due. There is a $45 charge for each player and coach
less than the number reported on May 19th, to cover costs incurred by camp.

It is recommended that each team have a Team Chaplain (coach or volunteer)
to lead the Team Time. FCA will provide a chaplain if needed. Ministry Leader
Application (MLA) must be completed by the Team Chaplain prior to camp.
