design company List GC (General Contractor). The family business headquartered in Bad
Erlach, Lower Austria provides exquisite interior design solutions by land and sea for

From Bad Erlach around the world
The Austrian family business List GC is headquartered in Bad Erlach, around 50 kilometres
south of Vienna. The company´s success story began in the 1950s with a small joinery and a
great vision. List GC now furnishes exclusive motor and sailing yachts as well as exquisite
apartments and residences with superior design art and craftsmanship. Many customers all
around the world trust our specialists with highly complex projects as they are valued for their
high quality, fast and reliable implementation, discretion and flexibility. As a general
contractor and implementer, List GC also offers everything from a single source. Ranging
from planning, through project management and all the way to production and assembly.
The building blocks to success
With over 150 employees, List GC generated a revenue of around 57 million Euros in the
previous year. This growing success can be attributed to a number of factors. On the one
hand, the List family decided to reorganise the company at the beginning of 2015. Out of the
LIST Group grew three independent business entities (List GC, F. LIST and LIST smart
results) making it more flexible and influential on the market. On the other hand, List GC
employees get to experience a very modern, international working environment with
numerous chances for advancement and room for creative development.
Back to the roots
Another building block to success is the manufacturing plant that was opened in June 2017.
The investment volume of the project amounts to around nine million Euros and will expand
the company location by around 14,000 square metres. The most significant milestone is that

from now on all processes along the entire value chain will be joined together under one roof
and one single management, which will allow us to offer everything from a single source.
