See below for full Terms and Conditions. For a group to be eligible for the Saraton Theatre Fundraising program they must fulfil the minimum requirements of a
minimum of 30 tickets purchased and be a not-for-profit organisation. All prices include GST. Prices are current as at 1/9/2012. All Fundraising Tickets have to be
used on movie and date nominated by group. Group Organisers are responsible for the distribution and pricing of their tickets and collection at the Saraton Theatre.

Terms and Conditions
1. The following limitations apply to these fundraising tickets:
(a) Tickets valid for public, ordinary sessions scheduled. Refer title and
screening date on ticket. Not valid for special events or movie marathons.
Special Events are any such session so designated by Saraton Theatre and
may include, but not limited to, any session prices that may vary from
regular ticket prices, or where special promotion is conducted.
(b) Tickets cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
(c) Ticket may be used by any patron from 5 years of age and older.
2. These tickets cannot be redeemed for cash, must not be on-sold without
written permission from Saraton Theatre, are not refundable and are not
available for exchange.
3. Movie tickets are made available subject to classification of the relevant
film given by the Attorney Generals Department under the National
Classification Scheme.
4. Saraton Theatre Fundraising tickets are open to Schools and other notfor-profit organisations only (“Fundraisers”) Fundraisers may distribute
blue Individual Order Forms to members, collate the forms and submit
the red Group Order Form to Saraton Theatre. Fundraiser tickets are sold
at discounted pricing to permit fundraising to occur, therefore “for-profit”
organisations and companies are not permitted to purchase these tickets.
Should Saraton Theatre suspect that a “for-profit” organisation or company
has purchased tickets through this fundraising scheme, Saraton Theatre
may, at its discretion, refuse to fulfill the relevant Group Order or Order
Forms, and may not redeem these tickets for movie admission at the box
office. The Fundraiser agrees to cooperate with Saraton Theatre and provide
information regarding Orders received in any investigation in this regard.
5. The movie screening date displayed on the ticket is not extendable or
changeable and any other/additional marks on the ticket will render it void
for use.
6. Saraton Theatre takes no responsibility for the security of cash, cheques or
credit card information provided for payment of tickets other than that cash,
cheque or credit card information as provided for the toyal payment made
by the group to Saraton Theatre. Individual groups must assume security
measures appropriate to their situation for the collection of any monies from
their group members and in relation to these tickets.
