to the best dance moves of the series

Raise hands up
either side of your
head.
Pause Groove

Take your
right leg and
put behind
your left.
Use your right arm to
touch your left shoulder.
Point out your
right arm to 10
O’clock, repeat
step 1&2 with left
arm pointing to 2
O’clock.
Points and

Happy Feet

KB Bounce
Move your right leg
down and go into a
sitting position.
Take your right
hand and bring it
down to the floor.
Floor Slide to
Resurrection

Bring your arms in
together, then fold
your arms down to
horizontal position.
Bring right arm up
to 10 O'clock, with
left hand across
chest pointing at
10. Repeat with left
arm raised pointing
to 2 O'clock.
Cross your
feet over
each other
twice.
Cross your arms
and face out to
the left, then turn,
opening arms out
to the right.
Jump to the left
with your left
foot’s toes pointing
up, then jump
back to middle.
Lift arms
upwards and
punch out to
the right.
Lift your arms to either
side of your head,
then drop hands down
to your side.
Jump to the
right with your
right foot’s toes
pointing up,
then jump back
to the middle.
Bring arms into
chest, then lift
arms to 11
O’clock position
and lift your
right leg.
Move right hand to
the left hand’s
position and slide
the left hand down
over right shoulder.
Put your arms behind
you and push your
body up to a standing
position, using your
arms and hips.
Bend your back
down, lift your
left leg up and
move your
elbows out.
Jump leaning
forward with your
toes pointing up,
then jump back to
original position.
Repeat steps 1-3 but
in the opposite
direction. End lifting
left leg and arms up
to 1 O’clock. And
there you have it you’re a pro!
