Help

For P2, you must describe how to get (accessibility) from
the UK to two European holiday destinations.

You should indicate:
the main entry gateways for the selected destinations
explain ease cost of travel to the destinations - including
travel and transfer times.

Travel by air, sea, rail and road should be considered.
Cont…..

You should also make reference to the fact that
there are several airports going to Paris from the
UK and this would form part of the description of
accessibility, especially in relation to cost and
transfer times.

Convenience in terms of choice of flying from UK
regional airports to destinations would contribute to
the accessibility of a destination and should form
part of the description for P2.
You could also include self drive using the channel
tunnel or ferry crossings.
Paris - France
Madrid - Spain
M1

Assess how accessibility contributes to
the appeal of two European destinations
for visitors from the UK.
Help

The focus for M1 is to consider accessibility and how it adds
to or detracts from the appeal of a destination.

To achieve M1, you must assess how easily accessible (or
not) two selected destinations are for visitors from the UK,
and therefore assess how accessibility contributes to the
overall appeal of those destinations.

You should consider ease of access from different parts of
the UK, cost, travel and transfer times.
