The Effect Panel Secret f x wall s a concealed f xed wall system wh ch
can be la d vert cally or hor zontally and s su table for wall cladd ngs on
all types of bu ld ngs except where there are low nternal temperature
cond t ons.
Effect Panel Controlled Env ronment panels are des gned for use w th n
temperature controlled and hyg ene safe env ronments, such as food
process ng, freezers, cold/ch ll store and clean rooms for the b otechnology and pharmaceut cal ndustr es.
These f resafe, hyg en c and f bre free nsulated panel systems are
su table for nternal and external walls and ce l ngs, nclud ng nternal
‘box w th n a box’ appl cat ons.

Mater als
Insulat on Core
Poly socyanurate (PIR), w th zero Ozone Deplet on Potent al (Zero
ODP). Ava lable n FM Global nsurer approved F resafe cert f ed
product range.
PIR foam s a thermosett ng mater al. It does not melt, flow or
dr p when exposed to f re. It forms a strong char that helps
protect the foam core and prevent flame spread w th n the
panels.
Steel Substrate Opt ons
B olog cal
K ngspan panels are normally mmune to attack from mould, fung ,
m ldew, and verm n. No urea or formaldehyde s used n the
construct on, and the panels are not cons dered deleter ous to
health.
Qual ty and Durab l ty
Ks110 CTF panels are manufactured to ISO 9001 & TS EN 14509
standards from the h ghest qual ty mater als, us ng state of the art
product on equ pment to r gorous qual ty control standards,
ensur ng long term rel ab l ty and serv ce l fe.
ŸThe steel used for the sk n of the panels conforms to EN 10143
and has a guaranteed m n mum y eld strength of 220 Mpa.

PVDF
PVDF has a smooth, 25 m cron (nom nal th ckness) coat ng
system wh ch offers excellent colour stab l ty. The standard colour
range ncludes metall c s lver. Wh lst PVDF offers good corros on
res stance n most env ronments worldw de, ts durab l ty s
generally less than that of HPS 200.
