 All prices are valid until 31st December 2016
 Training will be conducted in English unless arranged beforehand in advance
 100% course attendance and completion is a requirement for any/all courses taken
 Every learner to supply a certified copy of identification prior to the commencement
of training

 The booking confirmation must be completed, signed and returned to OCSA
Academy of Excellence (AoE) in order to confirm the bookings
 A cancellation fee will be charged at 50% of cost unless written notification has been
received in writing 5 working days in advance of the first day of training
 Non-arrival on the day of training will be charged at 100%
FOR GROUPS
 The service level agreement of each proposal must be completed, signed and
returned to OCSA Academy of Excellence (AoE) in order to confirm the bookings
 50% payment must be made on return of the Service Level Agreement and proof of
the remaining 50% of payment is required within 30 days of final invoice
 The invoice will be generated in accordance with the signed contract
 Certificates will be issued only to the employers representative
FOR ON SITE TRAINING
 Prices exclude excess baggage for carrying training equipment to site for training,
courier of training materials to site, courier of training materials in advance of
training if required, courier of certificates after training, learner and facilitator
refreshments during training, facilitator travel and accommodation
 A 10% levy will be billed for travel booking administration fees

FOR INTERNATIONAL TRAINING
 Costs are quoted excluding: local and international airfares (economy class), 10%
travel booking administration fees, VISA costs for facilitators, immunizations for
facilitators, excess baggage for carrying training equipment in, courier of training
materials to site, courier of training manuals in advance of training, courier of
certificates after training, facilitator S & T allowance, facilitator 3G card and
airtime,
 Pricing for these costs will be documented and agreed in each individual
proposal

 Some of these costs can only be finalized after training has been completed and
must be included in the PO for final invoicing
 All international training accounts to be settled in SA Rand (ZAR) equivalents so
as to avoid foreign currency exchange losses
 Withholding taxes will apply for every international training proposal over and
above the stipulated costs in the costing applicable to the laws of each specific
country
 For international training all other costs relating to international financial
transactions will be for the clients account and not for OCSA’s account
OCSA Academy of Excellence shall use its best endeavor's to train and service our
clients correctly and timeously but does not warrant that it shall do so, nor does it
warrant that the client shall not incur any damages resulting from our services or
related occurrences or resulting from equipment not being serviced properly or
personnel not having trained properly. The client hereby waives any claims it may
have against OCSA AoE and indemnifies OCSA AoE and holds it harmless against
all liabilities arising out of the causes of action set out.
