Our brothers and sisters who work in Education certainly
deserve our appreciation.
With hard work and diligence, the children of Saskatchewan will be able to gain
skills and knowledge that will help them thrive in their community. But to achieve
this, they need help along the way from their Teachers and the men and women
who help make learning easier.
SEIU-West Education workers make valuable contributions in the education of our
youth as education assistants, bus drivers, care takers administrative staff and
skilled trades people. We know that our members have an insiders’ view as to
what needs to be done to improve our public education system.
That’s why we’re asking you, our education sector members to let us know what
resources you need that are missing from our school system and class rooms. We
are also interested in knowing if there are things that are working well or if there
are things that you need to get your job done that would help improve the quality
of the education our youth receive.
