ISTE GAME SHOW 1. Game show participation Participation in the ISTE Game Show includes the following benefits based on level of participation: Basic level • Digital opportunity: static image on the display screen on stage, appearing at the beginning of the game hour (combined with other prize donors) and once before the specific round your prize is being offered. • Name recognition and brief mention by professional emcee during the game while onsite at the conference. • Recognition/mention in preconference emails announcing the game, on the conference website and mobile app where the game is promoted, and in event promotions at general sessions and in social media. Video upgrade • A 10-second video spot (with sound) added to the digital display opportunity as described above in the basic package. Content upgrade • A question added to the game. Further instruction provided directly by ISTE. Grand prize level • All benefits as described in the “basic level” above. • Contact information from all attendees who have entered the raffle drawing for the grand prize and who have agreed to share their information with the Exhibitor. 2. Exhibitor responsibilities Exhibitor must provide the following attendee prizes for their appropriate level of participation: Basic level • Supply four prizes (minimum value of each prize is $200, total minimum value of $800) to be given to the winning team at the end of each round (one for each member of the team). Each prize must be identical. Grand prize level • Supply a single grand prize (minimum value of $2,000) to be raffled off in a final drawing. Exhibitor must also provide the name of the prize, the value of the prize (minimum values based on participation level described above) and a 50-word description describing the prize or the Exhibitor’s company/products. 3. Prize restrictions If a “prize” includes more than one item, all items go to winning team members for the basic level, or to a single individual for the grand prize level. No alcoholic beverages may be awarded as a “prize”. 4. Awarding of prizes Basic level (awarded Monday and Tuesday during expo hours): • Team prizes will be awarded/announced at the end of each game show round. Winning team members will be directed to the Exhibitor’s booth to collect winnings at the end of each round. Grand prize level (awarded Wednesday during expo hours): • A winner will be selected in a raffle drawing for a grand prize and will be directed to the Exhibitor’s booth to collect winnings. Exhibitor must have the prize(s) on hand to distribute to the winners unless otherwise arranged with the winners. 5. Prize delivery to winners Winners must be present to win and to collect prizes from the Exhibitor. In the event that a winner does not come to the booth to collect winnings, it is at the discretion of the Exhibitor to transfer the prize to the winner via postal mail or another method at the Exhibitor’s expense. The winner’s contact information will be made available to the Exhibitor if necessary.
