Here’s How it Works:
Determine the number of booklets your Club will sell and submit your order. There are 10 tickets per booklet.
Tickets will be sent to you the first week of April 2013 for ticket sales to start May 3, 2013. A Club Booklet Distribution Record
and Ticket Seller Distribution Record will be provided with every ticket order, as will promotional posters. All ticket books,
sold and unsold, and distribution records must be received into the B.C. 4-H Provincial Office no later than October 11, 2013.
Prizes for top sales will be determined from the Ticket Seller Distribution Records.
If your club plans to sell tickets at a local fair or community event, be sure to obtain permission from the event organizer.
Please Note: Ticket orders will be filled on a first come first serve basis. There is no need to prepay for your tickets, however due to the
limited number available; you may not receive as many tickets as you’ve requested. In this case, your club will automatically be added to a
waitlist for tickets, and should additional tickets become available we will call to confirm prior to sending. We request that if your club has
tickets they are unable to sell that you promptly return them to the Provincial Office so they may be distributed to those clubs on the
waitlist who are successfully selling.
