(refundable as per Cancellation Policy) must be paid either by Credit card or Wire Transfer. Balance prepayment in full is required 21 days prior to arrival date. If the booking is for NEW YEAR PERIOD, full
pre-payment is required 45 days prior to arrival date. If payment is by wire transfer, valid payment
proof must be received prior to arrival. If pre-payments are not received, the Resort has the right to
release the booking without notice.
