Please note that this is an invitation only event and you must first fill out and send your entry form. Once you have sent the
entry form, you will receive a confirmation email. The selection committee will select up to 8 automobiles for each category
on May 23rd, 2015. You will receive an email informing about the results of the selection committee. If your automobile is
selected, you will be invited to participate to the concours and will receive the detailed program of the event.
The undersigned, desiring to show his/her vehicle at Istanbul Concours d’ Elegance, June 13 – 14th, 2015, by the execution of
this form, hereby releases and discharges Sportif Motorsporları A.Ş. which organizes “Istanbul Concours d’ Elegance,” all their
committee members, representatives, sponsors and any other participants of any liabilities before, during and after the event,
and further declares that he/she will carry full insurance coverage for the automobile or automobiles registered for this event
and also agrees to abide by the rules and the regulations of Istanbul Concours d’Elegance while on its premises.
Note: Previous year’s category winners’ application will not be accepted for the next year’s Istanbul Concours d’Elegance.
