Judging Score Sheet & Candidate Feedback Form Corporate Social Responsibility Award Category Description The optional CSR question is available for all Awards submissions, however the question will be judged as stand alone and not part of the overall submission. The question will be judged by an independent CSR expert. The CSR Award application must be submitted in the context of your main Award submission. For example: If your main award submission is for Event of the Year, then your CSR and Award submission must relate to this Event. Only those whose main Award submission reaches State Finalist status will have their CSR submission forwarded for judging. There will be 3 winners in this category based on the business size as outlined below. Business size is measured by the number of full time employees, including all employees, not just those working in the business events area. Category A (1-5 full time employees) Category B (6-30 full time employees) Category C (over 30 full time employees) The CSR submission gaining the highest point score for their state in their category, regardless of main submission category will be awarded the state award for CSR. Each state winner of the CSR Award will be eligible for the National award in their category (by company size). Those with the highest score in their company size will become the national winner.
