Codes of behaviour
Codes of conduct/behaviour are important for clubs in establishing the expectations of
members and visitors at your club. There can be different levels of the code of conduct
for players, parents, coaches, officials and committee members.

Conflict
Conflict will happen at any club regardless of how welcoming, organised or
diverse you are. So it will help all involved if you have processes to follow to
support all involved in the conflict.
Club Help does a great job at outlining and providing a variety of templates
for conflict management.
Another handy resource is provided by Mind Tools who goes through how to
manage conflict during meetings:

Spectators
To ensure that all members, players, coaches, officials, and
visitors enjoy their time at your club we recommend establishing
a spectator behaviour policy and displaying it at your club. Some
clubs also distribute this to their members at the start or a new
membership year.
