TERMS AND CONDITIONS Please read carefully before placing any orders. Please note throughout the document the term ‘Trader’ refers to the company purchasing from Worldwide Furniture Ltd. The term ‘Customer’ refers to the person or company purchasing from the ‘Trader’. How To Order: The order process here at Worldwide Furniture Ltd. is simple- either email direct to [email protected] or call directly on 01132713171 VAT Info: All Prices are excluding VAT (calculated at 20%) VAT No. 156375981 Deliveries : Damages : All Delivery locations must have adequate access and parking for a van within reasonable distance. Driver may require help while un-loading as they work singly. Drivers are not allowed to help with the transportation of items from the point of delivery to storage zone, as they are not permitted to leave delivery van unattended. Deliveries can normally only be confirmed to a specific day but not to specific time as multi-drops service is run by our drivers Cancelled deliveries will incur a charge of £50.00, when stemming from failure to comply with any of the above terms. In the event that the quantity of goods delivered falls short of quantity specified on the delivery Note documents, the actual quantity un-loaded should be recorded and signed by the driver and the buyer. Cancellations/Returns : To cancel an order the trader must contact Worldwide Furniture Ltd., through email or telephone. A 7 day cooling period will be in place from when the customer receives the order in which the order can be cancelled. The Trader is responsible for the safe return of the goods and any return charges which may apply depends on the location. All goods are to be returned in original packaging and the condition they were dispatched. It is solely Worldwide Furniture Ltd., discretion whether to accept any returns outside the 7 day cooling period. Payment Terms : New Accounts are required to pay via pro=forma or cash on delivery. A credit/debit card may also be used to pay on delivery. Cheque will also be accepted on delivery once the new account becomes more established. All Deliveries will be booked in and the payment amount will be advised. Our deliveries are planned on a week-to-week basis. A re-delivery charge of £50.00 per pallet will be imposed in the situation, where the payment is being withheld, the goods will also be returned to the warehouse. In the event that cheque used for payment has bounced, a £25.00 charge will be levied and the account will be restricted to payment via cash on delivery for all future orders. Important Information : All Prices are excluding VAT. All Products are subject to availability. Actual colours may vary from those shown due to the inadequacies of the printing process. All dimensions are approximate. All Dimensions and specifications are correct at the time of going to press. Errors and omissions are exclude are excluded. WE reserve the right to increment prices at short notice. Due to our policy of continuous product development, we reserve the right to amend product design, alter specifications or withdraw products without prior notice. Mattresses are used to demonstrate certain beds, Mattresses are available separately and bed prices do not include mattresses. Any damaged goods received should be reported to the Trader immediately and the Trader to inform Worldwide Furniture Ltd. within 48 hours of customer receiving the goods. Worldwide Furniture Ltd. may require further evidence such as photographs. If responsibility is accepted by Worldwide Furniture Ltd. for damaged goods, no collection charges will apply. In all cases an exchange or credit note will be offered to the Trader. No goods are to be returned without prior acceptance from Worldwide Furniture Ltd. All items must be returned with their original packaging and in the condition they were received. Please note- the Trader is solely responsible for the safe return of any goods. Exchanges/Spare Parts : Under no circumstances is Worldwide Furniture Ltd. under any obligation to accept any exchanges. It is solely Worldwide Furniture Ltd., discretion to accept any exchanges and a collection fee will be charged. The Trader is responsible for any further postage fees. In all cases it is Worldwide Furniture Ltd., desire to provide the customer with spare or missing parts rather than exchange the full item. Should the Customer receive any goods that have parts missing, this should be reported to Worldwide Furniture Ltd. by the Trader, within the 7 day cooling period. Any Missing parts will be dispatched with 3 to 5 working days subject to availability. Any parts needed due to misuse or damage during assembly the Trader must request these and an agreed cost will be charged. Liability : In cases where an order has been agreed to be missing or late, Worldwide Furniture Ltd. will open an investigation with the courier. Worldwide Furniture Ltd. will then liaise with the courier and keep the Trader up to date as to the whereabouts of the goods. Worldwide Furniture Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any unavoidable delays incurred by the courier. The Trader should expect at least 14days for delivery of any orders. Under no circumstances is Worldwide Furniture Ltd. Responsible for any damages occurred by the Trader. Once Delivery Note has been signed by Customers we will not accept any liability of the goods we delivered unless mentioned in delivery note. Worldwide Furniture Ltd. accepts no liability for any claims of loss of earnings made by the Trader for delayed, damaged, incorrect or missing orders etc. Unless Otherwise specified, all furniture and chairs are supplied in flat pack form ready to assemble.
