-62. Formal and Informal meetings of Faculty of Department result in faculty views
conveyed to Heads of Department who is in discuss with Principal. The student
association members meet at regular intervals and Plans out activities of students
interest and makes suggestion to Principal.
 Grievance redressal mechanism for faculty, staff and students :Grievances of faculty are discussed at Department/Institute level through views express by Faculty
& Staff. Grievances of students are known through views, feedback, questionnaire. The Formal
Appeal & Grievances Committee exists in the Polytechnic to take care of the Grievances of Faculty,
Staff and Students.

 Anti – Ragging Process:Ragging within or outside of our Institute is strictly Prohibited as per The Maharashtra
Prohibition of Ragging Act, 1999. The Anti Ragging Committee is constituted at the Institute
Level to take care of any incidences of Ragging. An Anti Ragging Squad is formed to have a close
vigilance to avoid the Ragging in the Institute Premises.
The undertaking from the students & parents is taken every year at the time of admission stating
that they are aware of The Maharashtra Prohibition of Ragging Act,1999 and will abide by the same
during his/her studies at this Polytechnic.
