Instructions to use the eAYSO Offline program after completion of the installation with
screenshots.
1. Make sure your eAYSO online is set to the MembershipYear you are currently working with.
2. Click on the DATA menu, select Download. Files must be downloaded before you will be able to make
changes or additions.
3. Check either or both, “Current MY” or “Previous MY” to indicate which players you wish to download
into the Offline program. You can select all divisions or just a single division, select from the
“Division” dropdown.
Click “Submit” to start the download.
4. Enter your eAYSO login email address and password, click Download.
5. You will see a message on your screen, “Downloading – Please Wait”, when the download has
completed you will receive the following screen indicating how many players have successfully been
downloaded. Click “OK” to continue.
6. After the download has completed, click on the Registration menu item, select Player Registration.
7. Screen very similar to Player Registration screen in the online version of eAYSO will be received.
You will be able to register applicants, add new players, and renew Players from the “Previous”
dropdown etc.
After you completed the registration process you will need to upload the files to the Online eAYSO
program.
8. To print out a list of changes made before uploading to the Online eAYSO, Click on the DATA menu,
select “Control Sheet”. You can either print or export this list. The only Players that will be uploaded
are those that appear on this list, a change must be made to a player’s record, or a new player added
in order for the player information to be uploaded.
9. To upload your Offline files into the Online eAYSO, click on DATA, select “Upload” option. Enter your
eAYSO login email address and password, click the “Upload” Button.
10. You will see a message on your screen, “Uploading – Please Wait”, when the upload has
completed, you will receive the following screen indicating your files have successfully been uploaded.
11. Wait approximately 2 hours before checking eAYSO online to make sure the file has been uploaded
properly. Do not download or upload another file until you have verified that your updates have been
properly uploaded.
12. Check the following to make sure there were no conflicts with your players during the upload, Region,
Offline Conflicts.
If there are any conflicts listed you will need to resolve these. Conflicts occur to a player that
has been updated both on the online and offline eAYSO after the download to the Offline
program was completed.
