Terms & Conditions
1.
Contestant should be between 21 years of age by July 1st 2016 and no older than 56
years
of age.
2.
Contestant must be married a minimum of 6 months by July 1st 2016 of completion
year and must be residing with spouse.
3.
The Contestant should be a natural born female.
4.
Contestant vying for a state title must be a citizen of representing country / state and
a six month minimum resident in the state of her entry, or attend college or own
property in that state.
5.
The Contestant will be required to produce their age proof (Passport, birth
certificate, school leaving certificate, driver's license, etc.)
6.
A contestant could be selected to participate as a delegate “at large” if there is no
competition in, state, region or country. Regional contestant cannot have participated
at nationals in prior year.
7.
Contestant will be subject to Registration fees and Training fees *Mandatory, fees may
vary for each state and or country.
8.
The Contestant should not be under any commercial contract with any modeling
agency at the time of appearing for the auditions.
9.
The Contestant once shortlisted cannot be a part of any other commercial contract or
pageant.
10. Contestant must never have, nor will she during her region, pose for any
photography, video, or film associated with any nudity or pornography. Nor has she
ever or is presently involved in any form of employment which involves partial or
complete nudity.
11. Contestant will permit Mrs. India International and their licenses the right to use
contestants photograph for publicity purposes in connection with all Mrs. India
International Competitions.
12. Contestant will permit Mrs. India International and their licenses to televise live or
by the use of film or videotape any portion or all of the completion.
13. The regional round expenses (travel & stay) will have to be borne by the participant.
14. The Contestant will have to participate in a disciplined and diligent manner
throughout as per schedule given.
15. The Organizers are not responsible if the sponsors do not make good the prizes
promised by them.
16. The Organizers are not responsible for any loss or physical injury that occur to the
Contestant on account of their participation in the event. The Contestant will
participate at her own risk and can have no claim against Mrs. India International.
17. Incorrect information will result in disqualification, whether discovered prior to,
during or after participation.
18. The decision of the judges is final in all cases.
19. Only persons of good health, sound mind and having no medical history of any
mental illness and having a good moral character can participate made herein.

20. The Contestant does not have any cases (criminal or civil) registered against her.
21. The schedule of events and qualification rounds are subject to change at the
discretion of the Organizer.
22. The Organizers are not responsible for non-completion / non-occurrence of the event.
In the event of any dispute, the Organizers decisions are final and binding on the
Contestant.
23. The courts of Mumbai have the jurisdiction over all disputes.
24. For further information / clarifications, contact on Help line No. at the National
Directors office from 10.00 am till 6.00 pm, on all days except on Saturdays &
Sundays.
Contestants understands that if she selected a winner in her competition. That for
one year her professional affairs as said winner will be under the sole management
of Mrs. India International and/or their licenses and the she will not give any
written or oral endorsements commercially without the expressed permission of said
same. Contestant further acknowledges that all rights for any appearances,
endorsements, speaking engagements, acting roles, etc. resulting from winning or
being a contestant in any regional, state or international competition affiliated with
Mrs. India International shall belong exclusively to same. I agree to all the rules and
