all persons who are AHPs and are not on permanent contracts of employment with the Board, but are supplied via employment
agencies.
We would like to request information on the main services available in your region with regards to the treatment and support of
those affected by mental health conditions.
We would request this information in an Excel format, with details of:

1. Is there training provided to non-clinical, front-facing staff about human trafficking and modern slavery in your Trust?

I am writing with a request under the Freedom of Information Act to seek information regarding the collated urine sample results
following drug testing of patients at the trust's mental health facilities.
Please provide the following:
1. All internal and external emails/memos/correspondence relating to requests to collate drug data over the last 5 years.
2. All data collated from drug testing of patients (anonymised) over the last three years – including the number of patients tested at
each round of testing, the number of those who tested positively and what ever information you hold regarding those positive
samples (ie type of drug the patient tested positively for)
3. All internal and external correspondence (emails, memos, letters, faxes) relating to complaints about drug use among patients
in your care over the last three years.
Please note, when I refer to “drug testing” and “drug use”, I am referring to illegal drugs of all classes.
I appreciate that your raw records may include information that could identify patients. In which case, in the interests of data
protection, rather than refuse to provide the information please provide it in an anonymised way (redacting anything that might
jeopardise patient identification).
I am trying to identify how many non-medical prescribers there are working within learning disability services within the England.
Please could you let me know if your Trust has any non-medical prescribers who are also registered learning disability nurses/or
non-medical prescribers with another nursing qualification who are working within the learning disability services within your Trust.
