Doing_DBS_checks_on_England_Rugby

1)
Go to www.englandrugby.com and then login at the top of the screen as you would normally have
done on Rugby First (same account details) –
2)
Once you have logged in correctly your account name will show at the top of the screen and an
option for “My Rugby” can be selected to access your own personal page on the website –
3)
You will then see an option on the heading bar to connect to the Game Management System –
4)
Now that you are on the Game Management System, you should select the relevant organisation
from the top right menu (or search if not located there). This will take you to the organisation –
5)
Once you are on the relevant organisation’s page, then select the “Club Profile” option to get an
overall view of the club’s details. On this page you can check the DBS applications expiring soon,
those that have expired recently or those that have recently been renewed.
You can select the “Members” option on the screen to bring up the main Member List –
6)
When you are on the Member List, you can scroll across horizontally to bring up the members DBS
status – they will show as “None” or a green, amber or red light and show the expiry date. At the top
right you will also have the option to create a new member if needed –
7)
To carry out a DBS application, you should select the tick option on the left hand side (next to the
relevant individual(s) name). This will put a tick next to the individual and add more options to the
top right hand side of the screen –
8)
Under the “More” menu option you will see the link to the DBS system which is entitled “Apply for
DBS”. Click on this link and it will take you to the login screen of the RFU Disclosure Manager system
where the application is carried out –
