of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to de minimis aid (OJ, L 352/1 of 24.12.2013), as the same may be adapted to the requirements of
any other de minimis Regulation.

The declaration is a mandatory part of the application package for programmes BG02 and BG03 funded by the EEA FM 2009-2014. It ghas to be filled in
separately by the legal representative (as documented by the entity’s court registration) separately by each applicant/partner.

Economic activity consists in offering goods and/or services to a particular market. The regime in the field of state aid applies to all entities engaged in
economic activity, regardless of their legal form, their registration and financing. In this sense, these entities are "enterprises" for the purposes of the
legislation on state aid.
