Official Rules:
Must be 18 years old to enter and a legal U.S. resident who is 18 years or older at the time of
entry. Employees and contractors of WestCoast Entertainment and each of their respective affiliated
companies, and advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of, and any
persons domiciled with, any such employees or contractors, are not eligible to enter or to win.
No purchase necessary to enter or to win. Each “Winner” is subject to applicable federal, state, local and
municipal laws and regulations. By entering, you agree to the terms of these Official Rules and to receive
contact from Your Local Toyota Dealer.
1(one) entry per person, per day, to enter to win 2 tickets to Opening Night performance of the
Broadway Shows listed below.
Each Prize Package includes: 2(two) tickets to specific Broadway Show Opening Night, 1 night stay at Red
Lion Hotel at The Park and dinner Gift Certificate to Luigi’s Italian Restaurant (valued at $75.00). Each
winner will be randomly selected from all entries received. Entries become the property of WestCoast
Entertainment and Inland Northwest Toyota Dealers. Winner(s) will be notified by telephone from
provided number on entry blank (see drawing dates for specific opening nights below). Winner is
responsible for picking up their Prize Package prior (No day-of show pick up available. Pick up no later
than the day before Opening Night performance by 3pm) to Opening Night performance from: KAYU Fox
28 Offices (Attention: Ashley Howard.). 4600 S Regal St Spokane, WA 99223. Odd’s determined based
on actual number of entries received.
Sponsor will call during regular business hours at number provided on entry form. Winner may waive
their right to receive prize. Prize is non-assignable and non-transferable. No substitutions allowed by
winner. Prize is not redeemable for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or
greater value. Winner is solely responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes on prize. Winner
may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility/liability and publicity release, which must be
returned as directed by Sponsor. Failure to sign and return the affidavit or release, or to comply with
any term or condition of these Official Rules, may result in a winner’s disqualification, the forfeiture of
his or her interest in the prize, and the award of the prize to a substitute winner. Except where
prohibited, acceptance of any prize constitutes winner’s consent to the publication of his or her name,
biographical information and likeness in any media for any commercial or promotional purpose, without
limitation the Internet, or further compensation.
Prize not won and claimed by eligible winner in accordance with these Official Rules will not be awarded
and will remain the property of Sponsor.
WestCoast Entertainment/Inland Northwest Toyota Dealers reserves the right to revise rules at any
time.

Participation: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of
Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing
any aspect of this GIVE AWAY as solely determined by Sponsor. In the event the GIVE AWAY is
compromised by circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, a virus, non-authorized human
intervention, tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupts or
impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the GIVE AWAY, Sponsor reserves
the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the GIVE AWAY. Should the GIVE AWAY
be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, Sponsor reserves the right to award prize based on
the entries received before the termination date. Sponsor will not be responsible for incomplete, lost,
late, misdirected or illegible entries. By participating in this GIVE AWAY, each entrant agrees to fully
release forever discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, WestCoast Entertainment and Inland Northwest
Toyota Dealers Association and each of their respective affiliated companies, and advertising and
promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with, any such
employees or contractors, from and against all claims, costs, liabilities, losses, injuries and damages
arising out of the GIVE AWAY, including, but not limited to, any claims for person injury, death or
damage to or loss of property or any other harm arising out of entrant’s participation in the GIVE AWAY,
the receipt, use, or misuse of any prize, or any travel or activity that is related to the GIVE AWAY or any
prize.
