Question: 4 The average annual turnover in the last 3 (three) financial years (2013, 2014 and 2015) of the tenderer must exceed the financial proposal for the tender. In case of joint venture, we would like to know that how will obtain average annual turnover ; are we going to take the sum of average annual turnover of joint venture companies or only pilot company’s turn over ?
