Employee Leave Rate Field and Report







Added a Leave Rate field to the Leave Distribution dialog (upper grid) for each leave type for
each employee.
You can add a value amount for that leave type for that employee (can be 0 or blank).
The value is an Hourly Rate if the leave type is in Hours, or Daily Rate if the leave type is in Days.
Leave Liability Report will include those leave rates and multiply the rate times the number of
days/hours that the employee has.
This will show how much the "cost" of the leave is to the employer.
The Leave Rate is not tied to the Leave Accrual, just the Leave Balance.
This Leave Rate would roll over as part of the Leave Balance Rollover.

REMINDER: If the Leave Type is represented in Hours, this Leave Rate is considered an Hourly
Rate. If the Leave Type is represented in Days, this Leave Rate is considered a Daily Rate.
