Terrier Gridiron ANNUAL Sponsors and NEW Supporters:
The Terrier Gridiron sponsorship drive for the 2016 Terrier Football Season is in FULL swing! Our last year’s football season was not
too shabby. Our record was 5 and 5. Even though we did not make it to the play offs this past season, we are proud of our Terrier
players who never gave up and finished the last three games 3-0. Our success depends in part to our annual Team Sponsors for
without your funding and support these players would not have the abilities to attain better standards and develop team building. Your
community support makes a HUGE difference in your hometown team!
The up and coming 2016 season brings with it the standard budget expenses as well as many new expenses and challenges for the
Gridiron Club. Both teams combined, on average, have about 75-85 players and about 13-15 coaches plus a mandatory on site, school
trainer with about 5 students (in trainer training) that we feed before all games (home and away). These students can not leave
campus after a long day of school and sometimes do not get home until after 11:00pm so as you can see, feeding these players and
trainers is essential and quite expensive.
In the 2015 Season, in addition to our normal responsibilities (pregame meals), we were able to purchase and pay off a new blocking
sled. This has allowed our team the opportunity to build strength in their upper and lower extremities. With your sponsorship fee and
support many things are made possible for this program.
We have implemented some changes this year to our sponsor packages as we have not updated or made any changes to our
packages, in the past five years and due to the increase in costs incurred annually to support the football program, we felt is necessary
to update our offers. We have researched what our surrounding schools in Brevard are offering and have come up with, we hope,
some offers you would be willing to support.
The 2016 season’s budget includes but it’s not limited to the following:




Provide Pre-game Meals and Post-game snacks for both Varsity and Junior Varsity teams. That would include 12 Varsity
games and 8 JV games. ($11,000 per season/ apprx.)
Pre and Post season Equipment Repairs and uniform needs (ie jerseys /helmet re-painting/decals/sox/etc)
Upgrade Football Practice and Field Equipment (ie: Blocking Chute)
Long term goal- Upgrade Weight Room Equipment for ALL THS sports (This has not been done since 2007)- Donations have
just begun for this large project/upgrade to the THS facility.

pricing forms for your review as well as the 2016 football schedule (subject to changes, please check THS website for any updates).

We can always collect sponsor monies at any time throughout the year but respectfully, this deadline date really helps us plan our
season budget plans and assures our peace of mind we will have enough to support the needs of that upcoming season.
