Information may be inserted in this column, or information in it may be edited, in any published version of this instrument. 3 Authority This instrument is made under subsection 93B(1) of the Defence Act 1903. 4 Schedules Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms. 5 Definitions In this instrument: 2015 Prohibited List means the document of that name published by the World Anti-Doping Agency, as in force under the World Anti-Doping Code on 1 January 2015. Act means the Defence Act 1903. Poisons Standard means the current Poisons Standard (as defined by subsection 52A(1) of the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989) as in force on 1 July 2015. World Anti-Doping Code has the same meaning as in the Australian Sports Anti-Doping Authority Act 2006.
