Size of events:
– March - 100-149 (26 enquiries), 50-99 (16 enquiries), less than 21 (15 enquiries)
– April - 50-99 (22 enquiries), 100-149 (19 enquiries), 21-49 (18 enquiries)

Training Update

26th June 2015 - Managing Enquiries workshop – Museum of the Order of St John
Course Content: Improve conversion of enquiries to bookings. Qualify each opportunity. Get the right
person to your show rounds.

6th July 2015 - Show-round workshop – London Transport Museum (postponed new date tbc)
Course Content: Following on from the elements learnt in the Managing Enquiries course. Up-sell to
additional services. Manage objectives and difficult questions. Get a commitment to buy.

3rd July 2015 – Management Skills workshop – London Transport Museum (postponed new date tbc)
Course Content: Designed for first line managers within a busy operations environment. Developing a
flexible and effective management style. Leading versus doing. Giving feedback. Handling performance
issues. Managing Conflict. Building a successful and motivated team.
Each one day workshop is £170 per participant plus VAT.
A minimum of 6 participants for the courses to go ahead
