Key Vocabulary
Both Key Stages
Multiple - a number in a specific times table e.g. a multip0le of 5 is 20 and can
also be 35, 75, 150 etc
 Fuzz – buzz – each person says the number in order but when there is a number
Factor – a whole number which when divided into another whole number does not
give a remainder e.g. factors of 6 are; 1, 6, 2, 3. These come in pairs unless the
number is a square number e.g. factors of 9 are 1,9 and 3.

get all crossed through is the winner!

Round the world – one person asks a times tables calculation to a chosen
person, who then has to answer really quickly This person asks a times table question to another person. Who ever cannot answer really quickly is
out and that person chooses another person to do the same thing. The
whole group can have a go like this until there is one person standing!
