This cost includes:
accommodation for up to 24 people in the house (12 double bedrooms)
extra nights are charged at £3,000 per night m/w or £3,500 Fri- Sun
ground rent for marquee hire for up to 200 people
full use of the Manor gardens
use of & heating of the swimming pool from mid-May to mid-September
a morning housekeeping service
a live-in cook to cater for your resident guests for up to 8 hours per day, 5 days
per week (F&B charged on top). Any overtime will be charged at £15 per hour.
Not included:
Marquee & furniture hire, rubbish collection for marquee events
Event catering, food & beverages in the House
NB there is an additional charge of £3,000 + VAT for events with over 200 guests
We ask that you use our preferred caterers for your event, Ross & Ross Food, a multiaward winning fine food company based 5 minutes from us in Chipping Norton.
Ross & Ross will run the catering and the bar for your event
