High Sierra Music Festival 2017 • Festival Arrival and Entry
Before making your journey to Quincy, please carefully read the following info, and also these

Festival gates open at 8am on Thursday, June 29. If you plan to arrive on Wednesday, staging
areas and parking lots at Railway Field, RV Annex, Shady Grove Annex, Camp Panorama (our
off-site camping option) and Express Lot at the Box Office on N. Mill Creek (see map) will open
at 2pm on Wednesday, June 28 for early queuing.
Please note: there will be an additional $20 early arrival fee per vehicle (cash only) for Wed.
arrivals.. PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE EARLIER THAN 2pm on Wednesday, July 28. Where you
go on Wednesday depends largely on where you’re parking for the weekend.

3-Day (Friday - Sunday Pass) Pass​ ​ holders will not be admitted until Friday starting at 8AM
unless upgraded to a 4-day pass., 2-Day (Saturday - Sunday) Pass holders will not be admitted
until Saturday starting at 9AM.
For safety reasons, between 8am - 9am on Thursday, ​pedestrians and/or cyclists will not be
permitted to enter the fairgrounds​. Everyone must either be on a shuttle or in a vehicle (with
an On-site Vehicle Pass).
To Box Office from the West:​ ​Route 89/70 past fairgrounds to N. Mill Creek Rd. (traffic light).
Left on N. Mill Creek Rd. Box Office is at the end of the road.
To Box Office from the East​:​ ​Route 89 to Quincy. Right on Lee Rd. (look for signs). Right on
N. Mill Creek Rd. Box Office is at the end of the road​.
