How to connect AutoLink with bulls-i
ETK-B2400 (Unicorn)
< How to connect with Android devices >
1.
Connect the Wi-Fi dongle to the unit before power on. (Verify that the Wi-Fi dongle’s
green LED is flashing.)
2.
Launch bulls-i AutoLink Smartphone Application.
3.
Input some information below. (Serial number, license plate number, and emergency
contacts.)
* AutoLink will not be able to connect to the Unicorn without the serial number.
<How to connect with iOS devices>
1.
Connect the Wi-Fi dongle to the unit before power on. (Verify that the Wi-Fi dongle’s
green LED is flashing.)
2.
Press and hold the UP and DOWN buttons for 2 seconds.
3.
The Unicorn will reboot after you hear 2 beeps. (beep-beep dingdong-dingdong.)
4.
Enable Wi-Fi and choose “bulls-i_AutoLink” as shown below.
(Settings > Wi-Fi on your iOS device.)
5.
Launch bulls-i AutoLink Smartphone Application.
6.
Input some information below. (License plate number, and emergency contacts.)
※ You can change your Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and Password on AutoLink Settings in order to
minimize interference from neighbors.
※
If you want to connect the Unicorn with Android devices again, you will need to press
and hold the UP and DOWN buttons for 2 seconds. (You will hear 3 beeps and it will
reboot.)

Enable Portable Wi-Fi hotspot.

How to enable Wi-Fi hotspot.

Wi-Fi hotspot will be enabled automatically when you launch the bulls-i AutoLink
Smartphone application.
Or,

Enable Portable Wi-Fi hotspot manually on your Smartphone settings.
Connect the Wi-Fi dongle to the unit before power on. (Verify that the Wi-Fi dongle’s
green LED is flashing.) Then press the PWR button in order to turn on Wi-Fi.

Find your Network SSID being connected on Settings > ETC. > Wi-Fi Setting.
4.
Enter the password. (You can check the password on your Smartphone settings.)
5.
Launch the bulls-i AutoLink Smartphone application.
6.
Input some information below. (License plate number and emergency contacts.)
* You don’t need to input the serial number.
<How to connect with iOS devices>
1.
Connect the Wi-Fi dongle to the unit before power on. (Verify that the Wi-Fi dongle’s
green LED is flashing.) Then press the PWR button in order to turn on Wi-Fi.
2.
Change the firmware for iOS.
You will need to select iPhone on Settings > ETC. > Firmware Selection.
3.
Enable Wi-Fi and choose “bulls-i_AutoLink” as shown below. (Settings > Wi-Fi on your iOS
device.)
4.
Launch the bulls-i AutoLink Smartphone application.
5.
Input some information below. (License plate number, and emergency contacts.)
