any time, without prior notice in this respect.
Payment
· Imports: Invoices shall be paid on demand, upon collection of goods or container(s) from Libra Terminais
Santos.
· Exports: Invoices shall be paid on demand, upon the rendering of services related to goods or containers
at Libra Terminais Santos.
· If services are charged per ton or cubic meter, the highest number will be considered (with a minimum
of one ton or one cubic meter), according to the characteristics of the cargo.
· Cargo that has already been cleared by customs authorities and that has not been removed from the
Terminal within 07 days will be subject to 50% surcharge over the total storage price.
· After payment of the outstanding charges, goods or containers shall be removed by the consignee or
representative thereof by the end of the period agreed upon, according to the scheduling rules, with
no free period for loading. If the goods are not removed, the consignee will be charged for missing the
scheduled times, in the event a specific timeframe was requested, and a double charge will be added
to the amount charged.
· Risk management: 0.5% will be charged over the declared amount of the stored import cargo per
storage period or fraction of the period.
· The prices charged for container removal (immediate delivery, delivery after deadline or others) by other
Port Operators will be fully passed on to the party responsible for the cargo.
· If the cargo is not removed within up to 90 days as of the date of entry into Libra Terminais Santos, the
minimum amounts specified in the storage list will be charged for the storage and for complementary
services rendered.
· The amounts specified in this document will be subject to PIS, COFINS and ISS taxes, pursuant to the
laws in effect.

Additional Notes
· “IMDG Code” Cargo: The reception of cargo classified as “IMDG Code” – hazardous – will always be
subject to approval by the Occupational Safety Department, pursuant to the laws in effect.
· Reefer Container: The reception of cargo in refrigerated container will always be subject to checking of
temperatures and other technical conditions established by the ship owner.
· Any cases not directly contemplated in this price list will be object of specific negotiation between the
interested parties.
· The payments owed to Libra Terminais Santos due to the abandonment of the goods will be charged
from their respective owners, including reimbursements for expenses incurred while providing services
due to auction or in the event goods possibly have to be destroyed due to an order of the customs
authorities.
· Libra Terminais Santos will not be responsible for delays in the release of goods if it is evidenced that
the due taxes were not collected or due to non compliance with other legal provisions in effect.
Opening Hours
· Positioning request: Mondays through Fridays, from 7a.m. to 4p.m. for positioning on the following day.
· Financial department: Mondays through Fridays, from 8a.m. to 5p.m. Invoice requests after 5p.m. will
be answered on the following day.
· Container delivery: 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, upon previous demand on website (http://www.

· Cargo lot delivery: Upon previous request through the email lts.agendamentocargasolta@grupolibra.
