Five easy steps in using your iPod
For Servicing Loans!
Using the iPhone or iPod Touch to
access your Goldenomega.net
Software
What You Need
An iPhone or iPod Touch.
A working network
A pc with remote access
IRDESKTOP from the app store (free)
A VPN is optional if not within the
network, IE at home.
Step 1. Connect to the
internet/network
Tap Settings,
Turn wifi on, you may need to consult
your Network Administrator to find out
your network info.
Step 2. If neccasary, connect to
your VPN
Slide VPN to the right.
If this isn’t set up, tap General, then tap
network, you may need to consult your
Network Administrator to find out your
network info.
Step 2. Continued
If you need to change settings, you can
tap on VPN, then tap the blue circle with
the white arrow to see the current
settings. To add a new one, tap Add
VPN Configuration.
Step 3. Login remotely
You will need to have at least the free
version of IRDESKTOP, you can get this
from the app store by using itunes.
Step 3. continued
Tap the IRDESKTOP icon, then either
add your computer or if it is setup
already, tap your computers description
to start. To change settings, tap on the
blue circle with the white arrow next to
your computer description. You may
need to consult your Network
Administrator for specific network
information.
Step 4. The Welcome Screen
You may be prompted for your login
info, click the keyboard at the top left to
access the keyboard to type your info.
From this point you can rotate your iPod
Touch/iPhone to utilize the wider
keyboard.
Step 5. Use your G.O.Net Software
You will now have your desktop
displayed on your screen.
Open your software by double tapping
the icon on your desktop, or navigate
through the start menu.
Step 5. Continued
To zoom in, put 2 fingers on the screen
and separate them while still touching
the screen.
To input info into the program, tap on a
field for the cursor to go there, then tap
on the keyboard at the top left. To hide
the keyboard, tap the keyboard icon
again.
