Dear Field Team,
I am thrilled to announce two new members of the Weight Watchers International Executive
Team: Lesya Lysyj, our new President of North America, and Dan Crowe, our new Chief
Technology Officer. Both executives will be joining Weight Watchers International over the
next few weeks. You can see how they fit into the big picture of our organizational structure in
this chart.
Starting on November 25th, Lesya will be responsible for managing every
function of all North American meetings business (including both Weight
Watchers US and Canada), playing a critical role in our strategic
transformation efforts and delivering on our mission of helping more people
lose more weight. Lesya brings to Weight Watchers more than 25 years of
successful experience in building and turning around well-known consumer
brands.
As the Senior Vice President of US Field Operations, Stacey Hubbard will report to Lesya. As you
can see in her blog post this week, she’s excited about this new partnership.
Dan, as Chief Technology Officer, will work with his teams to improve
the technology we interact with as Weight Watchers employees and
members. Dan brings to Weight Watchers more than 25 years of
consulting, business and IT experience including broad technology and
product management leadership roles. Starting on November 5th, Dan
will be responsible for all technology across the organization, including
WeightWatchers.com / eTools, our mobile apps, and systems such as
Connections, iPro, CHAMP and eScheduling.
