Q5 High-Fidelity DNA Polymerase is an ultra-fidelity PCR polymerase. With a fidelity >100-fold higher compared to Taq
DNA Polymerase and 12-fold higher than Pyrococcus furiosus (Pfu) DNA Polymerase, Q5 High-Fidelity DNA
Polymerase is ideal for cloning (virtually “error-free”). It also can be used for long or difficult amplicons, as it is fused to
a processivity-enhancing protein domain that supports robust DNA amplification. Q5 High-Fidelity DNA Polymerase is
the first choice for all high-fidelity PCRs on earth as well as in space!
