Package management
The different color shades are available in different package

provided to the user to maintain package sizes required by
different customers.
Bundle management
For every package, the bundle size needs to be defined which
varies across packages. This helps in meeting the customers’

Sales order management
When an order for supplying paints is received, the inventory
has to be checked before confirming the order. The solution
allows the user to place an order only if stock is available.
A sales order is generated capturing the party, credit limit,
payment, item and other relevant details
Approval system
In paint business, the paint is delivered and the freight charges
are included in the product. Hence, when the road permit
number and the cheque number (when applicable) is available,
then the order status is confirmed and invoice can be raised.
Pricing
The solution offers to maintain multiple prices as per grade /
category of paint, package size, MRP, sale price and date from
which it comes in effect.
Auto calculation of discount
As per the predefined data, discount is calculated automatically
while creating the sales order.
Customer discount

While dispatching the paints, the orders can be selected from a
