SUMMER CAMP 2010 NEWSLETTER
Dear Parents,
WELCOME to St. Stephen Preschool! We are looking forward to an exciting summer. Summer
Camp adventures will begin Tuesday, June 22, and will continue every Tuesday, Wednesday,
and Thursday through July 15.
Class assignments will be posted on the bulletin board in front of the office the first day of camp.
Summer Camp Hours are 9:00 am until 12:30 pm. You may bring your child as early as 8:00 am
(Early Birds) for a charge of $2.00 per half-hour.
The school will provide a nutritious snack and beverage each day. If your child has food
allergies, let the school know.
Please send a lunch with your child each day. Lunch is scheduled at 12:00 pm. The school will
provide a beverage (usually milk). NO THERMOS BOTTLES PLEASE.
Please send your child dressed for fun and adventure. Your best choices are tennis shoes (for
climbing safety) and comfortable clothing that is easy to manage and that you are not concerned
about. Expect them to go home messy. We want the children to feel free to participate and
experience the many exciting activities we have planned. PLEASE LABEL YOUR CHILD’S
BELONGINGS!
REMEMBER TO APPLY SUNSCREEN ON YOUR CHILD BEFORE HE/SHE COMES
TO SCHOOL. Check bulletin boards outside your child’s classroom for any Special Notices.
The remainder of your Summer Camp tuition and ALL COMPLETED FORMS are due June
22.
