Terms & condition of auction:
1. Individuals participating in the auction will require to submit copies of CNIC along with Rs.1000/- (Non refundable) before
auction committee as participation fee before the commencement of auction.
2. All participants will submit their original CNIC and Rs.50,000/- (Refundable) as earnest money before the start of auction
which will be refunded to unsuccessful bidder.
3. The highest bidder will have to deposit half (50%) of highest bid price with auction committee in cash on the spot or adjusted
earnest money as advance rent while the remaining 50% rent will be deposited after the approval of competent authority
(Highest bidder will have to deposit one year rent in advance).
4. The highest bidder will deposited 50% of highest bid price within 48hours in shape of CDR as security (Refundable) equal to
one year rent with the SAO-CF, Islamabad and remaining 50% security (Refundable) will be deposited after the approval of
competent authority (Highest bidder will have to deposit security (refundable) equal to one year rent in advance).
5. In case of highest bidder failure to deposit 50% security money within 48hours, 2 nd highest bidder will be offered to submit his
bid in next 48hours as offered to 1st highest bidder.
6. Contract period of stacking purpose land is one year and rent will be paid in advance. The 20% rent shall be increased for the
next year extension.
7. Defaulters & those involved in litigation with Pakistan Railways are not eligible to participate in auction.
8. Detailed terms & conditions and plans can be seen in AEN-CFI office, I-11, Carriage Factory, Islamabad on any working day
during office hours.
9. Size of the plot could be changed (enhanced/reduced) owing at sites situation during handing over the possession.
10. Pakistan Railways administration reserves the right to reject all bids before acceptance of any bid, however, the
administration, on request to the bidder who submitted the bid, may communicate reason of its rejection.
