Objectives





To oversee all football related matters across the Club with the Senior Football Operations Manager.
Assisting club football operations are managed effectively and efficiently so that on-field performance is maximised
Provide leadership to players.
To provide support to the team and the Club.
To provide support to the Committee members to ensure the efficient operation of the Club.
Responsibilities
Relationships



Reports to the Club Vice President.
Supports A Grade coach, players, support staff and volunteers.
Works with the Senior Football Operations Manager
Accountability
 The Players Representative is accountable and reports to the Vice-President and the General Committee.
 Provide a report on portfolio operations to the Vice-President for the monthly Committee meeting,

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
 Liaise with A Grade coach, providing regular feedback on training and match days
 Liaise with managers and players, or parents of players in any matters of concern occurring during a match, training or
any other approved activity;
 Assist the Football Operations Manager in matters relating to the day-to-day operations of football-related activities of
the Club and;
 In the case of the non-competition or competition representative, manage the organisation and implementation of the
Club Players day events and end of season trips. and
 Assist the A Grade Team Manager with outstanding debt collection;
 Undertake tasks at the request of the Vice President or General Committee.
