OUR CUSTOMERS ASK
GEFCO shall not use forced labour;
GEFCO shall not engage any person below the age of fifteen;
GEFCO shall not engage any physically abusive disciplinary practices;
GEFCO is encouraged to adopt and enforce Customer’s Code of Practice
and to have its Sub-Contractors to do so;
Customer has the right at any reasonable time to inspect and to audit any
facility or process for the purpose of determining compliance with the
requirements, it is binding for GEFCO Sub-contractors as well;
GEFCO Personnel shall be employed in compliance with all applicable laws
and regulations, including Labour law and social security regulations;
GEFCO Personnel shall comply with all safety & other regulations.
