1. Participation/Eligibility: All BP DWP employees, contract platform personnel and vendors.
Families and Friends are also welcome.
2. Safety: Tournament day may be shortened due to unsafe weather or any conditions that would
endanger the safety of the competitors. The decision to shorten tournament day will be determined by
the Tournament Directors. Should this occur, door prizes and raffle prizes will be awarded.
3. Rules: Decisions of the Tournament Directors are final and are not subject to appeal.
Interpretation of these rules will be left exclusively to the Tournament Directors. 56 Teams of 4 will
participate. Two mulligans per team member may be purchased. Bragging Rights Plaque will be
giving to each team member on 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winning teams.
4. Tee Times: There will be a morning round and an afternoon round of 28 teams per round. Tee
time for the morning round will start at 8:00AM and the afternoon round will start at 1:15PM, with a
shotgun start. Please check in before 7:30AM and 12:30 PM respectively. Door prizes will be pulled
from 12:30PM to 1:00PM this year.
5. Sportsmanship and Conduct: All contestants are required to follow high standards of
sportsmanship, courtesy, and conservation and to conduct themselves in a manner that will be a
credit to themselves, BP and sponsors. Examples of conduct not complying with those standards
include, but are not limited to, the following: 1.) Profanity, conduct or actions reflecting unfavorably on
BP and vendors is strictly prohibited. Participants reflecting unfavorably upon efforts to promote
safety, sportsmanship, fair competition and compliance with tournament rules will be disqualified. If
conduct does not comply with the standards set forth, the directors shall have the right to refuse any
application, by returning the deposit or entry fee of a previously accepted application, or disqualify a
contestant.
6. Ties: All ties will be determined by a score card drawing by an un-biased person.
7. Liabilities:
Signing the tournament entry form releases BP and participating vendors from accountability
and liabilities, due to accidents, stolen or damaged property.
Food and beverages will be on the course.
