Zondereinde is an established platinum group metal (PGM) mine in the Limpopo province
which produces some 300 000 PGM ounces annually. The Zondereinde mine is the home
of pioneering technology and innovation both in the underground workings and at its
world-class metallurgical infrastructure. Zondereinde is situated some 40km from
Thabazimbi, in close proximity to the naturally scenic Pilanesberg and Waterberg reserve.

This is a curriculum aligned Learning Programme opportunity for any student requiring P1 or P2 or both in order to meet the
curriculum requirements to graduate in technical disciplines applicable to our mine. The twelve (12) months P1-P2 Programme
or six (6) months (if requiring either P1 or P2) is focussed on assisting the student to meet the workplace learning required by
the university and the curriculum in order to meet all the requirement and be able to graduate and be awarded the National
Diploma. The student will enter into a non-renewable fixed term employable contract aligned to the duration of the P1-P2 or P1
or P2 programme.
