1. Purchase a RemoteLink AV Digital Media Player along with an annual subscription service. Enter the
serial number of the new player here:
2. Send one of the following:
a. A previous-generation AMTC digital media player (ODR-1000, TraxMaster, RemoteLink td64,
RemoteLink IP or iQueue) with all original accessories and power supply, or
b. A competitor’s digital media player specifically designed for playback of
music/messaging/video in a business (e.g., no consumer tape, CD, MP3 players, etc.)

We must receive the trade-in within 30 days from the date of purchase of your new player. Upon
receipt, we will extend the subscription of your new player reflecting a credit of $100 (e.g., if you
subscribe to Eos at $19.95/mo., your subscription will be extended by 5 months).
