Since 1993 C. F. Machinery is specialized in “Second - Hand &
Reconditioned“ machinery and plants for steel wire. It has been founded on
the experience of Cattaneo’s Family that started in 1965 with production of
equipments for wire drawing factories. C. F. Machinery has proved to be able
to be a reliable company in the installation of plants all over the world.


CF Machinery is representing a Company that is the
biggest factory for the production of steel pipes and
shapes in Southeastern Europe

Since 1972, when it was established, the factory has
produced pipes for different systems including gaslines, water-lines, fuel-lines all around the world, more
than 12,000 km of pipes.
Products

Production of pipes with the dimensions ranging from
114 mm – 2032 mm allows us to be present on every
geographical area in the field of pipes.

The quality of our products is tested according to all
international standards such as: ISO, API, DIN,
ASTM, BS, EN, NF, UNI etc.
Production Halls
 The factory is composed of three production halls and
an administrative building, located on approximately 28
hectares of land. The Halls are as follows:
 Production of the spirally welded pipes
 Production of longitudinal welded pipes
 Production of insulated pipes
 The total area of these halls and other accompanying
premises consists of approximately 52,029 square mtrs.
 The factory has its own railway that is connected with
the main railway.

Steel Pipes With a Long Seaming

The production line includes:
 pipes with a long straight welding
in diameters:
from Ø 114.3 mm up to Ø 406.4 mm;
in length:
from 6 m up to 14 m (standard length
from 11 m up to 12 m)
 pipes are produced and distributed
according to API, DIN, ASTM, ISO
standards and other international
norms.
 Production of pipes for deep drilling
upon request.


INSULATION



Protection of steel pipes from the
corrosion
Insulation of pipes based on
bitumen:
 Inner insulation with
bitumen “BLC” with a
thickness from 100 up to 200
µ.
 Insulation with epoxy where
the thickness reaches 100 –
200 µ.
 Outer insulation with
bitumen and glass wool and
thickness of outer isolation
from 3.5 mm up to 8 mm.
Soon introducing inner insulation
with polyethylene.
Assembling

The working unit assembling makes the following duties:
assembling of water supply pipelines, heating pipelines (central
heating), assembling of oil pipelines .

Producing and assembling of steel constructions.

Producing of physic parts, joints, various reducers of all
dimensions that are produced in the factory.

Producing of reservoirs with various capacities.

Various works (roofs, containers) as ordered.
