STATE OF DELIVERY
In March 2017 the landlord started with the refurbishment of

SERVICE CHARGES
The service costs amount to approximately €30,00 per m² per year,
whereby the costs the will be settled on the basis of advance
payment adjusted on basis of the actual costs.
PARKING
Parking spaces are available in the parking garage of the
property. Around the property there are payed parking spaces
available that can be rented on a daily bases or by means of a
parking permit from the municipality of Rotterdam.
